"Today was my first time visiting the facility. From start to finish the staff were amazing. Front receptionist was understanding to the face that my hearing device was not working properly and made it very easy to understand what she was saying. The doctor was very knowledgeable in the brand of hearing devices that I have. He was very understanding. Amazing experience"

"I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and from there I turned in my current hearing aids to be send for any repair needed by an exceptional assistant who very patiently worked with me until he had a well fitted pair of hearing aids comparable to my current pair. This pair will be lent to me while mine were being sent off for repair. I left with a pair that fit well and that I felt comfortable in using. Nelda Dobbs"

"We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Vaught last week and he and his entire team were so competent, kind, competent, and empathetic. My elderly Mother who has advanced Dementia isn't the easiest patient, but they treated her so well. They also knew I was anxious to have her seen and called to offer my Mom an appointment after they'd had a cancellation. We were grateful they kept our situation in mind and did their best to accommodate us. I'm an occupational therapist and have been around a lot of health professionals, including many audiologists, and Dr. Vaught stands out for his communication, and gentle and kind nature. Thank you to Dr. Vaught and his team!"

"This practice is the best, from scheduling to everything they offer.
